Tachikawa Dice to win at 2.63 with William Hill. Pinnacle’s no-vig price says it should be 2.54. That’s a 3.3% edge, and you didn’t have to calculate a thing. That’s the Value Bets tab in the OddsHub Terminal: a value bet finder that compares every soft bookmaker price against Pinnacle’s fair odds and hands you the bets worth taking, ready-made. No devigging, no spreadsheets, no maths.

What is a value bet?

A value bet is any bet where the bookmaker’s odds are higher than the true chance of it winning. Pinnacle’s no-vig price of 2.54 on Tachikawa Dice works out to roughly a 39.3% chance of winning. William Hill’s 2.63 pays you as if it only had a 38% chance. You’re being paid more than the risk is worth.

One value bet can still lose, and this one will lose about 6 times in 10. The edge shows up over volume. Take enough bets where you’re paid more than the true odds, and the maths works in your favour over time. That’s the whole idea behind value betting, and it’s why sharp bettors care more about the price they get than whether any single bet wins.

Why doing it yourself doesn’t work

In theory, finding value bets is simple. Pinnacle is a sharp bookmaker: it takes big bets from winning players and moves its prices to match, so its odds are the closest thing to the true chance of an outcome. Soft bookmakers like Bet365 and William Hill are slower to react, which is where the value comes from. In practice, you need Pinnacle’s price on both sides of the market, you need to strip out their margin to get the fair odds, then check that fair price against every soft bookmaker you have an account with. And you need to do it before the price moves. On this match, Pinnacle’s line moved nine times in under four minutes before tip-off. By the time a spreadsheet catches up, the edge is gone.

How to use the Value Bets tab

Every row is a ready-made value bet. Using it takes four steps.

1. Create a profile. Open Value Bets in the OddsHub Terminal and set up a profile with the sports, markets and filters you want. The tab then shows only the value bets that match it, live and newest first.

2. Read the row. Each row shows the bet, the bookmaker, the price and your edge (EV). Underneath sits Pinnacle’s fair odds, the price you need to beat for a bet to have value. You also see how the sharp line has moved: Tachikawa Dice opened at 3.35 and is now 2.31.

3. Check the detail. Click a bet to see the price and max bet chart, plus what your other bookmakers are paying against fair.

Bet and track. The arrow takes you straight to the bet on the bookmaker’s site. Hit + and it goes into My Bets, with EV and CLV tracked automatically. Results settle themselves too, so there’s nothing to update by hand.

Plans and pricing

Value bets are on every plan, including Free. Your plan sets how big an edge you can see.

  • Free (£0/month): value bets up to 3% EV, 15 minutes delayed. A good way to see how it works and start building your record.
  • Standard (£49/month, or £37/month billed yearly): value bets up to 5% EV, where most of the day-to-day edges sit.
  • Pro (£99/month, or £74/month billed yearly): every value bet, with no cap. The biggest edges, like the +16.4% and +12.5% bets in the screenshot, are only on Pro, and so are mobile value bet alerts, which push new bets to your phone the moment they appear.

14-day money back guarantee

Every paid Terminal plan comes with a 14-day money back guarantee. If it isn’t for you, go to Settings, then Billing, and request a refund. No emails and no explaining yourself.

You won’t be doing it alone

Value betting is easier with people who’ve done it before. Our community chat on Telegram is where users and admins talk strategy, share what’s working and help newer bettors get started. If you’re unsure about a bet, a bookmaker or how to read the tab, ask there.

Frequently asked questions

What is a value bet finder?
A tool that compares bookmaker odds against a fair price and lists the bets where a bookmaker pays more than the true chance of winning. OddsHub uses Pinnacle's no-vig odds as the fair price and shows the edge (EV) on every bet.
Can I use the value bet finder for free?
Yes. The free Terminal shows value bets up to 3% EV, 15 minutes delayed. Standard shows them live up to 5% EV, and Pro shows every value bet live, with push alerts.
Will every value bet win?
No. A value bet is about the price, not certainty, and plenty of them lose. The edge shows up over hundreds of bets, which is why My Bets tracks EV and CLV on every bet you take.
