How to ask for a refund
- 1Open the Terminal and go to Settings, then Billing.
- 2Choose Request a refund. The box shows how many days your window has left and the exact amount that comes back.
- 3We confirm by email within one business day and make the refund when we confirm. It reaches your card in 5 to 10 business days.
Prefer email? Write to hello@oddshub.io from the address on your account. The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with.
What it covers
- Monthly Standard and Pro: the first payment of your first paid Terminal subscription, in full, together with any upgrade charge from the same 14 days.
- Annual Standard and Pro: cancel within 14 days of paying and we refund the price minus the days you used.
- It does not cover renewals, payments made after the first 14 days, or a second subscription after an earlier paid one. Outside the guarantee, cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
After the refund
Your paid plan ends when the refund is made, and the account moves to the free Terminal plan: the full screen 15 minutes behind the live feed, with the bet tracker and CLV grading still live. Every bet you tracked stays where it is.
It refunds the fee, not betting results
The guarantee is about the software. It refunds what you paid for the Terminal and is not a promise about how your bets will go. Betting involves risk, most bettors lose over time, and no tool guarantees a profit. If gambling stops being fun, see our responsible gambling page.
Your statutory rights
The guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law, including any right of withdrawal where you live, and does not limit them. The binding wording is in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

- Does the OddsHub Terminal have a money-back guarantee?
- Yes. Every paid Terminal plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. On a monthly plan, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. On an annual plan, cancel within 14 days and we refund the days you have not used. It covers your first paid Terminal subscription, once per person.
- Do I have to give a reason?
- No. The refund does not depend on a reason. You can tell us what was missing if you want to, and it helps us decide what to build, but it never affects the refund.
- How do I ask for a refund?
- Open Settings in the Terminal, go to Billing and choose Request a refund. You can also email hello@oddshub.io from the address on your account. We confirm within one business day, and the money usually reaches your card 5 to 10 business days after that.
- What happens to my account and tracked bets?
- When the refund is made, your paid plan ends and your account moves to the free plan. Your tracked bets, CLV record, profiles and settings are kept, and the free Terminal stays yours for as long as you want it.
- I upgraded from Standard to Pro in my first two weeks. Is that covered?
- Yes. Any upgrade charge you paid inside the same 14 days is refunded together with your first payment.
- Can I use the guarantee more than once?
- No. It applies to your first paid Terminal subscription, once per person. A new email address, login or card does not reset it; we match related accounts using account, payment and technical details.
- Is there a free trial?
- There is something better than a trial: a free plan with no card and no end date. It runs the full Terminal 15 minutes behind the live feed, with a fully live bet tracker and CLV grading. Paid plans start at $59 a month and come with the 14-day money-back guarantee.
- Does the guarantee promise that I will win bets?
- No. The guarantee refunds your subscription fee. It is not a promise about betting results. Betting involves risk, most bettors lose over time, and no tool guarantees a profit.
- Does this replace my legal right to cancel?
- No. The guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal where you live, and never limits them.
