Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to

OddsHub (oddshub.io) is operated by Outlier AS, a company registered in Norway (org. no. 931 248 022). These terms are a binding agreement between you and Outlier AS and govern all use of the OddsHub website, the OddsHub Terminal and any related service we provide (together, the Service). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or older where your local law sets a higher age for viewing betting-related content. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is lawful where you live.

3. What the Service is, and what it is not

OddsHub is an information service. We collect and display betting odds and related market data from bookmakers, and provide tools such as odds comparison, dropping-odds tracking, value-bet screening, a bet tracker and the Terminal. We are a software and data company, not a gambling operator: we are not a bookmaker or betting exchange, we do not offer, accept, place or broker bets, we do not hold a gambling licence because our activity does not require one, and no money you pay us is ever a stake, a deposit or winnings. Payments to us are subscription fees for software, nothing else. Nothing on the Service is betting, financial or investment advice. Any decision to bet, and every bet you place, is yours alone and takes place with third parties under their terms, entirely outside the Service.

4. Your account

Parts of the Service require an account, with sign-in handled by Kinde, our authentication provider. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure and to tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Your account is personal: it may not be shared, pooled or used to provide the Service, or data obtained from it, to anyone else. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. One person, one account.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Free plan. Core odds comparison is free. Odds shown to visitors who are not signed in, and market data on the free Terminal plan, are intentionally delayed. Delay, features and limits of the free plan may change at any time.
  • Paid plans. Paid Terminal subscriptions are billed in advance by Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay; applicable taxes may be added depending on where you live. Subscription fees buy access to software and data tools only: they are never wagers, and no gambling transaction of any kind runs through OddsHub.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period already started, and access continues until then. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.
  • Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, you consent at checkout to delivery starting right away and acknowledge that once you have taken the service into use, the withdrawal right is lost to the extent Norwegian law (angrerettloven) allows. Your statutory rights are otherwise unaffected.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice by email. A change applies from your next renewal after the notice period; if you do not accept it, cancel before the renewal.

6. Acceptable use and automated access

The Service exists for people comparing odds for their own betting. The following are prohibited:

  • Automated access. Accessing the Service, or collecting data from it, by means of robots, scripts, scrapers, headless browsers or any other automated method. The one exception: general-purpose search engine and AI crawlers may index publicly available, logged-out pages, provided they identify themselves honestly and obey our robots.txt. This exception never extends to endpoints or data behind sign-in, to live (non-delayed) odds, or to systematic bulk collection of odds data by any tool.
  • Resale and redistribution. Reselling, republishing, redistributing or making available to third parties any data obtained from the Service, whether raw or reworked, commercially or otherwise, without our prior written permission.
  • Circumvention. Bypassing or attempting to bypass any technical control, including rate limits, delayed-data mechanisms, access gates, IP blocks or authentication, and creating accounts to evade a restriction placed on another account.
  • Interference. Anything that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, disrupts the Service, or probes or tests it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Misuse of promotions. Abusing referral rewards, creator codes or discounts, including self-referral, fake accounts or misrepresenting your audience.

We enforce this section both technically (rate limits, delays, blocks) and contractually. Breach of it entitles us to suspend or terminate access immediately under section 12 and, where the breach causes us loss, to claim compensation.

7. Intellectual property and your licence

The Service, including its software, design, text, branding and the selection, arrangement and presentation of odds and market data, belongs to Outlier AS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law, including the EU database right. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and view its data for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. Bookmaker names and marks belong to their owners; their appearance here does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8. Referrals, creator codes and the partner program

Creator codes give the entering account a first-payment discount and credit future payments to the creator. The Terminal partner program (commission on referred subscriptions) runs on Dub and is subject to application, our approval and the program terms presented there; we may adjust rates or wind down the program for future referrals with reasonable notice. Rewards, discounts and commissions obtained through fraud or misuse can be reversed and the associated accounts closed.

9. Third-party content and links

Odds originate from bookmakers and other third parties, and the Service links out to third-party sites. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct, and a link is not a recommendation. Anything you do on a bookmaker's site, including registering and betting, is governed by that bookmaker's terms.

10. Bookmakers: listing, removal and rights requests

  • Getting listed. If you are a licensed bookmaker, or a data provider acting for one, and would like your odds listed on OddsHub, email us. Listing is at our discretion and free of charge; we do not accept payment for placement or ranking, and inclusion does not create a partnership or endorsement in either direction.
  • De-listing. If you are a licensed bookmaker or rights holder and want your odds, name or marks removed from the Service, email a de-listing request identifying yourself, the material concerned and your authority to act. We verify legitimate requests and aim to action them within 10 business days.
  • Infringement complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email a notice identifying the rights owner, the material and its location, and a statement that the complaint is made in good faith by or on behalf of the owner. We will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing, and may restore it on receipt of a substantiated counter-notice.

All requests under this section go to hello@oddshub.io.

11. Disclaimers and responsible gambling

Odds change constantly and data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The Service is provided as is and as available: we do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose, and we may change, limit or discontinue features at any time. Always verify a price with the bookmaker before betting; never bet on the basis of our data alone.

Gambling involves risk, and most people who bet lose money over time. Bet only what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, help exists: in Norway, Hjelpelinjen (hjelpelinjen.no, 800 800 40); elsewhere, gamblingtherapy.org.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service, or ask us to delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice where justified, if you materially breach these terms (in particular section 6), if required by law, or if abuse of the Service demands it. Where the breach is not serious we will normally warn you first. On termination your licence ends and paid access ceases; fees already paid are not refunded except as section 5 or mandatory law provides. Sections 6, 7, 11, 13 and 14 survive termination.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law, including liability for gross negligence, intent, or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its data, and our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or, if you paid nothing, 500 NOK.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are resolved by the ordinary Norwegian courts, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules, and the courts, of the country where you live. Consumers in Norway can also bring a complaint to the Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet, forbrukertilsynet.no). We prefer to fix things directly, so please email us first.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The date above always reflects the current version. For material changes we will give account holders reasonable advance notice by email or in the product; continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the Service and, if you have a subscription, cancel it before the change applies to you.

16. Contact

Outlier AS, Norway. Email hello@oddshub.io for anything about these terms, including permission requests for data use.
